Projects

  • Chase Tower (total 16+ AHU's and ~2500 controllers)

    • Phase 1: Full gutting of the floors. Replacing everything on the entire floor, controllers, floor dampers, duct work, programming, graphics, baseboard heaters, etc. (total 8 floors)

    • LTEC Project (night work): Full rip and replace of all 58 floors. Removing all old controllers and associated hardware, replacing them with our new controllers and hardware as well as updating all programs and graphics. (754 total replacements, 23 floors)

    • Phase 2-6: Full gutting of the floors. Replacing everything on the entire floor, controllers, floor dampers, duct work, programming, graphics, etc. (all remaining floors)

    • Fan wall upgrades: Replacing the old fans on the airhandlers with new more efficient fans and updating programming and graphics (total 16 AHU's)

  • Shirley Ryan Ability lab (~60 lab controllers)

    • Installed ~60 lab controllers on the 16th floor of the hospital, Lab's demand much higher tolerances for what can be allowed making the work far more complex than a typical build out. All devices must be in communication with as little down time as possible to enable the required tolerances. we tied multiple systems into our controllers allowing us to make smarter control over the systems. I also tied our systems into the buildings fire alarm system for more safety.

  • Candy Factory (total ~250 replaced controllers)

    • Renovation project (day/night work): Full replacement of old controllers with new controllers, programming and graphics. We replaced all of the old controllers with the latest and greatest we offered, this building being an R&D factory with offices and food assembly lines, we were required to work weird and off hours.

  • Small one off jobs

    • I have ran several smallish jobs, all needed replacements or new installation of devices, programming, graphics, pumps, valves, BTU/flow meters, etc. all right around 50 controllers.
